Disclaimer

On this website I am sharing tools for healing, primarily EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique.
I believe this tool to be very safe or I would not be sharing it. However, neither I, nor Gary Craig the orginator of EFT, accept any responsibility for your usage of these resources (whether paid or free).
By using them you are assuming responsibility for whatever happens: please see the detailed Disclaimer below.
It is very possible that there will be tears and you will get upset doing this EFT. Most times our issues are buried somewhat deeply, and EFT brings them up to the surface. It’s like lancing a boil – it looks ugly when the pus oozes out, but that’s part of the healing process and leads to health. The problem is when the pus remains in the body, no matter that it’s somewhat hidden.
If this is the case, don’t worry. Just keep tapping (i.e. using the process). If you’re too upset to follow the video, just pause it and tap while you cry, following the instructions. In this case you don’t have to say anything – if you’re tapping while you’re crying, the healing will be happening.
Tears, no matter how overwhelming, cannot hurt you – and this time, while you’re crying, you’re healing the issue.
I remember doing some tapping once (i.e., using the EFT process) and the realisation came to me: “Who I am is not acceptable”. Now, of course, I realise that that was a classic symptom of being the daughter of a narcissistic mother, and was just part of the messages she gave me. But then it felt so real, and so horrible. I HOWLED in tears for about two hours while I tapped. It as a profound experience, and not a nice one. But a) it didn’t hurt me or injure me and b) I felt so much better afterwards having released the belief.

Having said that – you need to be the best judge of whether you are able for this. You need to take full responsibility for your actions here. If you are feeling very fragile and close to the edge, do not do this. EFT can still help you, but with a qualified practitioner, in person. Continuing with this process implies acceptance of this disclaimer.

As part of the resources contained in this website, you understand that you will be introduced to a modality called Emotional Freedom Technique (“EFT”) which is a technique referred to as a type of energy therapy. To date, EFT has yielded remarkable results for relieving emotional and physical distress.

EFT appears to have promising mental, spiritual, and physical health benefits but has yet to be fully researched by the Western academic, medical, and psychological communities.

The prevailing premise is that EFT uses the ancient Chinese meridian system to relieve emotional stress and physiological pain and it balances the energy system with a gentle tapping procedure which stimulates designated meridian end points on the face and body.

By reading this program you understand that EFT could be considered experimental and I, Danu Morrigan, do not know how you will personally respond to EFT and whether EFT will help you with a particular problem.

Due to the experimental nature of EFT, and because it is a relatively new healing approach and the extent of its effectiveness, as well as its risks and benefits are not full known, you agree to assume and accept full responsibility for any and all risks associated with using the EFT resources on this website.

You understand that your choice to use EFT is of your own free will and not subject to any outside pressure.

You further understand that if you choose to use EFT, it is possible that emotional or physical sensations or additional unresolved memories may surface which could be perceived as negative side effects.

Emotional material may continue to surface after using EFT, indicating that other issues may need to be addressed.

Previously vivid or traumatic memories may fade which could adversely impact your ability to provide detailed legal testimony regarding a traumatic incident.

I do not represent that EFT is can diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or psychological disorder.

EFT is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

Consequently, using EFT on yourself does not replace health care from medical/psychological professionals.

You agree to consult with your health care provider for any specific medical/psychological problems, or to accept the consequences of not doing so.

In addition, you understand that nothing shared her is to be considered a recommendation that you stop seeing any of your health care professionals or using prescribed medication, if any, without consulting with your health care professional, even if after using EFT it appears and indicates that such medication or therapy is unnecessary.

Any stories or testimonials presented on this website do not constitute a warranty, guarantee, or prediction regarding the outcome of an individual using EFT for any particular issue.

While all materials and references to other resources are given in good faith, the accuracy, validity, effectiveness, completeness, or usefulness of any information on this website cannot be guaranteed.

I accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the use or misuse of the information and resources on this website.

I strongly advise that you seek professional advice as appropriate before implementing any protocol or opinion expressed in this program, including EFT, and before making any health decision.

By continuing to use these resources, you knowingly, voluntarily, and intelligently assume these risks, including any adverse outcome that might result from using EFT, and agree to release, indemnify, hold harmless and defend me, Danu Morrigan, and my respective heirs, agents, consultants, and employees from and against any and all claims which you, or your representatives, may have for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind or nature arising out of or in connection with using this website and using EFT. If any court of law rules that any part of this Disclaimer is invalid, the Disclaimer stands as if those parts were struck out.
