Daughters Of Narcissistic Mothers And Ill-Health

Many daughters of narcissistic mothers suffer from chronic ill-health. To the extent that there is a mind-body connection, it wouldn't be at all surprising if the stress of being raised by, and still dealing with, a narcissistic mother, affects our well-being. They are literally, as well as metaphorically, toxic.

This might explain why many daughters of narcissistic mothers report that if they go Low-Contact or No-Contact, many illnesses of various kinds just clear up or at least vastly improve - things like migraines, skin problems, stress stomach pains and so on.

Two illnesses which we daughters of narcissistic mothers seem especially prone to are Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatique Syndrome.

Members of my forum recommended Gupta's Amyglada Re-Training for these issues. Developed by Gupta Ashok, who shares
how he has cured his own CFS this way, it's based on the 'mind' part of the mind-body equation. Or rather, the brain, and specifically the part of the brain called the amyglada. This tiny, but ancient, part of the brain gets trained into contributing to this illness, and, he says, can be re-trained.

I haven't checked this out myself so cannot recommend it personally, but as I say, members of my forum have found it very good. It also comes with a six-month money-back guarantee, and doesn't interfere with existing medical care, so there is nothing to lose by trying it. You can find out more about it here.
